The four-year “You Can Fly” High School Curriculum developed by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association is being adopted by independent school districts at a record pace across the state.

Due to concern about perceived influence on the outcome of elections, state lawmakers have voted to ban private entities from funding Oklahoma election expenses. House Bill 3046, by state Rep.

Oklahomans who want to change party affiliation, must submit their change no later than March 31, Canadian County Election Board secretary Wanda Armold said. Voters may change their party affiliation online using the OK Voter Portal at oklahoma.gov/elections/ovp or by completing a new Voter Registration Application.

Rep. Denise Crosswhite Hader, R-Piedmont, Tuesday won passage of a bill in the House that would allow Oklahoma to maintain authority over its elections should federal election law substantially change.
